How long will it take to receive my Natural Inspirations order?

To estimate how long it will take to receive your order, begin by factoring in 1-2 business days for processing. We attempt to process all orders on the day they are received, but high volume occasionally pushes some orders to the next day. To ensure that your order arrives when you need it, it is safest to allow for 2 days of processing. We are located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. UPS/USPS ground shipping can take up to 6 business days depending on where your shipping address is in relation to us. Use the map below to determine how many days your item will take to ship via ground rate AFTER it is done processing. You can, of course, always opt for next day air or 2-day shipping if you need especially fast service.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive notification, via email, that your item has shipped and will include tracking information. If you have trouble collecting that information you can always call one of our customer service reps and they will track it for you.

How can I track my order?

All of our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Your shipment notification will provide a link allowing you to track your item through the applicable service.

Can I return an order?

If your order is not 100% satisfactory you may return it, in new condition for a replacement or refund. All returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.

How can I enter my promotion code once I have submitted my order?

It is important to check all information on your online order prior to submitting it, as no changes can be made once your order enters our production environment. Only one promotional code per order and promotions cannot be placed on a pending or prior order.

Does pricing information appear on the packing slip when sending an item as a gift?

Your recipient will receive a packing slip only, showing the items shipping to their location without pricing. Your gift recipient will know that you gave the gift as your name and bill to address will be shown on the packing slip.

Do you have a catalog that you can send me?

Our online web site is our full catalog. It contains all of the items that we sell.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible. Orders enter our fulfillment stream as soon as they are placed, and will often ship the same day.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order is not 100% satisfactory, you may return it in new condition for a replacement or refund. All returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.
