Shipping policy

We do not provide a shipping date -- we email customers when the product ships. Because this customer did not provide their email, they did not get our email notifying them of the shipment. When the customer called me, I looked up the tracking information and told her that the package was to be delivered that day. She was happy to hear that, and told me she had filed a chargeback with her bank, but that she would withdraw it. I have no way of getting in touch with her -- no email and her voicemail box is full. She did receive her order.
